The Vision
Developed by a university student in the UK, Bright Eye Intelligence is built on the belief that high-quality, professional-grade intelligence tools shouldn't be locked behind prohibitive price tags or complex enterprise barriers.
Our mission is to create a technically capable yet accessible system that empowers Journalists, Investigators, Law Enforcement, and OSINT enthusiasts to uncover truths and reduce noise in a data-saturated world.
Our Story
Founded in November 2025, Project Bright Eye emerged from a deep frustration with the current commercial OSINT landscape. We saw a space that was increasingly hard to enter, prohibitively expensive, and often lacked the creative ambition required to tackle modern digital challenges.
"We believe that intelligence should be a tool for good, accessible to anyone with the need to investigate and the curiosity to explore the open web."
The Ecosystem
A suite of specialized tools designed for different stages of the intelligence cycle.
Subject Scanning
Our core subject scanner and data collection engine. Designed for high-fidelity discovery across diverse digital endpoints.
Development Note
Undergoing continuous improvement and robustness testing.
Graph Analysis
Visualise the connections. A graph-based link analysis workspace for building complex intelligence profiles.
Development Note
Undergoing UX, rigor and technical review.
Text Extraction
Extract and understand. Automatically filter and scan for indicators in bulk text and unstructured documents.
Development Note
Currently stalled but will be receiving fundamental systematic changes to improvements.
Geospatial Intelligence
Illuminate the world. A high-fidelity map rendering tool for surfacing geospatial intelligence globally.
Development Note
Undergoing continuous additions and improvements, but may be quite unstable.
Note: All systems within the Bright Eye ecosystem are undergoing consistent iteration. Features and stability may vary during this developmental phase.
